Windows: Make sure your Windows is fully updated (click on "Windows Update").

MacOS (OS X): Old PowerPC Macs are not supported. Make sure your macOS (OS X) is fully updated.

Windows 7 and 8: Old programs may require that you select Properties, click the Compatibility tab and set compatibility mode for XP or Vista.

Windows XP: Please click on "Windows Update" and get XP SP3 installed.

End-users of protected products must contact the publisher's normal support center or the place of purchase.

Publishers that have purchased through one of our distributors must contact the distributor.

  

Emails are normally answered the same day to facilitate fast solutions to problems.

Please check if it's relevant before sending us large files. If it is needed you can send us a CD-R or upload to our ftp server.
