Delivery information
Our products are unique for each client and are normally placed on our ftp server for download, password protected. The download link (but not the password) is sent in an email.
Download can be done using a standard internet browser.
Shipments can be made by courier (DHL/TNT etc) for an additional fee.
Please ask us for ftp upload coordinates if you want to send us samples for evaluation.
Critical or sensitive information should be attached in password protected (and thus encrypted) ZIP files. Be aware that the file names inside still are visible - and that security is very low if a hacker from another source can get hold of one of these files.
